Smokin' Florida Fish

There's something about the brutal heat of Florida summer that makes you want to ... smoke fish. Yes, it's true. And there are no shortages of kinds of fish to smoke. FS member RexLan asked what were some favorites, and there were the usual suspects--kingfish, mullet and whiting and others, of course.
