Let's face it, we've all used a pole spear/speargun with bands that we knew were bound for failure. Closely inspecting the cracking and drying rubber, hoping they last long enough to shoot one more fish. Well, there really is no reason to let bands get to that condition. Not when changing them is more simple than many spearfisherman may make it out to be. With the proper tools, this is a job that could save a day of spearing. Plus, when your bored, you can make back-ups!
