Jeff Weakley heads out of Fort Pierce Inlet to watch the Saint Lucie County Artificial Reef Programs deployment of boulders and construction debris on the Lee Harris Memorial Reef site—one of three new deployments in the area—in an effort to increase habitat for reef-dwelling species like snapper, cobia, kingfish and grouper.
