2012 Underwater Scholarship Recipients Named

The Our World-Underwater Scholarship Society (OWUSS) awards three Rolex Scholarships to young people who are developing a career in an underwater-related discipline. Each scholar recipient spends a year working alongside leaders and experts in fields of underwater research.

There are three winners from different geographical regions--an Australasian, North American and a European winner. You can learn more about the award and the three 2012 recipients at the padi.com website.
