How to Use Jigs to Fish the Ocean & Inshore from a Kayak

In this Kayak Fishing Fun digital exclusive, Jeff Weakley is joined by Brian Nelli of Pushin' Water Kayak Fishing Charters to discuss how to choose and use jigs when fishing either inshore or offshore. When ocean fishing in your kayak, vertical jigs will be the way to go, allowing your jig to sink down vertically and work it on the way up. When kayak fishing inshore, soft plastics casted on a jighead are your best bet, working the jig on the retrieve with some variation depending on the style of jig.
