Scallop and Crab Stuffed Flounder

Whole roasted flounder stuffed with crab and scallops. Sound good? You can even catch your own scallops or net or trap your own blue crabs if you're a purist (or you can get some meat already cleaned).

FS member ledslinger had a flounder that he wanted to stuff, and with the help of some friends in the Sportsman's Kitchen including I FA DAT, the dish came out great.
