The Scout Boats 275 XSF is loaded with comforts and features for fishing and cruising.
Scout Boats' 275 XSF is a center console built for performance and fuel savings. Its NuV3 hull design incorporates variable degree angles to increase fuel efficiency and ride comfort. Florida Sportsman tested the boat on the blustery waters of Charleston Harbor in South Carolina. Dodging behind enormous cargo ships, the 275 XSF had no trouble navigating and crossing the massive wakes left in their trails. It's closest we could get to offshore swells.
Florida Sportsman tested and photographed the 275XSF in Charleston Harbor, dodging baitfish, birds, boats and fishermen.
Standard features include forward console seat with storage underneath, four flush mount rod holders, rod storage, two 20-gallon aft baitwells, in-floor fishbox, and freshwater washdown. The console is loaded with a hard top, glass enclosure, powered-door electronics compartment, rocket launchers, and complete fiberglass leaning post.
Inside the console, there's a porcelain head. The cockpit features a bait-prep station, including sink and tackle drawers. A stern seat folds down to the deck for access to the transom. The complete list of features and options is exceptionally long, too long to list here. It's best to check out Scout's 275 XSF page at: (http://www.scoutboats.com/pdfs/275XSF%20Specs.pdf).
