A powerful new multifunction navigation system from Raymarine.
Raymarine Axiom Launched at the Miami Boat Show in February, the new Axiom multifunction device family from Raymarine bundles premium sonar options and the Lighthouse 3 operating system into a fast quad-core processor. The high-contrast, touch-screen units are optically bonded for clean viewing in all conditions, from bright sunlight to fog. Sonar options include Real Vision, 3D Sonar, Downvision, SideVision and High Frequency CHIRP. The Real Vision mode is a new one for Raymarine, allowing users to pan, tilt, zoom and drop waypoints on a continuously updating 3D image. There are 7-, 9- and 12-inch display models retailing from $649 to $3,339.
Axiom is expandable, so its capabilities can grow, as needed. It supports the full range of Raymarine accessories, including Quantum radar, CHIRP Sonar, FLIR thermal cameras, audio integration, instruments, cameras, and Evolution autopilot. Standard Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity allows connection to the latest Raymarine apps for tablets and smartphones.
