You have to love a successful diving report this week, when the winds are barely giving us a chance to get out. One on the FS Forum Diver's Corner is providing a lot of vicarious enjoyment lately, and it's called Gulf Lobs and Hogs.
FS Member Gatorboe out of St. Pete ran out with friends for a combined hook and line and dive trip, and the dive part paid off. He caught a couple nice bugs, when the hogs showed up. (Any scent from the lobsters might have called those fish in.) In any event, Gatorboe and his crew put together a good bag for a few great meals, and his thread includes a few recipes which definitely deserve to get into the Sportsman's Kitchen thread.
