Nowadays, there are so many traditional ways to cook up your catch, why not let a little lemon juice do the work? Rather than frying or baking your fish, try some ceviche, it's delicious, light and simple to make. The acidity of lemon juice cooks the fish chemically to flavorful perfection. Add other desired ingredients to make a custom "ceviche salad," such as tomato, onion, jalapeño and enjoy!
