First Florida STAR Winner in Panhandle

Finally a STAR Tagged redfish caught by a registered angler!

Check out this happy STAR Angler.

This Duke Energy fish was caught at the mouth of Rocky Creek in Okaloosa County in the panhandle.

We wonder what prize he will choose? Pending verification, he will have his choice of a brand new Conley Buick GMC Sierra or a boat package from https://www.facebook.com/ContenderBoats/?fref=mentions, Pathfinder Boats, Hewes Boats, Carolina Skiff Boats or a Cottonmouth Boats all powered by the reliability of Yamaha Outboards.

What a sight!

What would you pick from this awesome lineup of prizes? It's not too late to register and we still have plenty of prizes available. This is the 5th STAR tagged redfish caught in the last 18 days.

The numbers indicate how many tagged fish were released in each coastal county in Florida.

It's a no-brainer, with over $500,000 in prizes and scholarships, 17 divisions, 11 species and the fact that most division winners determined by a random drawing. As they say, better safe than sorry!
