Diablo Paddlesports Adios

Diablo Paddlesports introduced its latest hybrid 'yak--the Adios--at ICAST 2012.

Diablo Paddlesports newest model is a mix between kayak and stand-up paddleboard. The Adios can be paddled from a standing position or a seated position. Like Diablo's other models, the Adios combines the best characteristics of both styles of paddlecraft to give anglers a unique fishing platform.

The Adios is built with a wide body for balance and stability whether sitting or standing. Also, a custom designed pull-up leash is available to help anglers stand into an upright position. The wider design make this model perfect for paddling or stand-up fishing on rivers, lakes, or salty waters.

Top features include a tri-hull design that allows shallow water access and necessary stability. Wet storage in front and back of boat includes 1-inch webbing at the stern and bungee at the bow. Plus, there's a molded-in well for a fishing crate at the rear. A traction pad sits in the cockpit for secure footing. Most surprisingly, the Adios features a front dry storage (13 x 24 inch opening) and two 6-inch dry access hatches at the rear. That's surprising for a Standup Paddleboard (SUP).
