When Allcraft Marine purchased Century Boats from Yamaha Motor Corporation back in 2012, they said of the company “We're Back," but with an 80-year history in the marine industry Century never really left.
The redesigned 3200 Center Console is the flagship of their line and is a great example of the innovations that are sure to redefine their company. The attention to detail is apparent right down to the use of fasteners that self-seal as they are installed and won't bleed rust; Power command centers that are uniquely engineered for each model; One hundred percent composite construction utilizing fiberglass stringers and rigid integrated beams for increased hull strength.
Currently Century produces five offshore and three inshore models in their facility located in Zephyrhills Florida.
Florida Sportsman Boating Editor Dave East traveled to the Century Boats media event in Sarasota and was able to see the refinements they made to the line of boats. “I'm glad to see the renewed focus in the Century name. They have been around for a long time and have a solid reputation in the industry," East said.
