Boat Review - Jupiter 34 HFS

Boat Review - Jupiter 34 HFS
The Jupiter 34 HFS marries luxury styling with a performance fishing hull in this very sexy offering.

Thirty years ago the large center console trend was emerging and the demand for bigger and faster center console fishing boats was driving an exciting new period in boat building history. In 1989 a small shop in West Palm Beach was paving the way for an explosion of new boat companies which would ultimately change the look of all modern open sportfish boats. Jupiter Marine and their original design the Jupiter 31 may have started a revolution. Nearly ten years later while undergoing some growing pains Jupiter Marine was acquired by industry legend Carl Herndon who breathed new life into the next generation of luxury center consoles. In 2018 Jupiter Marine continues to be a leader and at the center of their fleet rests the Jupiter 34 HFS.

The Jupiter 34 HFS is a purpose built custom center console which combines luxury styling, exceptional ocean performance, and incomparable fishability in a boat that turns heads. This model has become somewhat of a favorite among the yachting set for use as a tender that has the style to match the elegance of a luxury yacht while offering a manageable sized tender to be used for intimate cruising and serious fishing and diving adventures while abroad.

The forward staging area may be equipped with twin forward facing bench lounge seats with removable backrests along with a larger double wide forward console sun lounge. A large fiberglass shade top provides sun protection to the helm area and roomy console. A fresh water head is easily accommodated within the console. Behind the helm, a bait prep/tackle center offers a fresh water sink, tackle storage, and a 45-gallon live well. Two large 416-quart insulated fish holds with macerators and a pair of 11 cubic foot storage compartments, as well as an additional pair of 7 cubic foot rod lockers afford all of the storage capacity you'd need for a boat in this class.

The Jupiter 34 HFS features Jupiter's own “Posi-Stern” Hull Design. The variable dynamic stern lift imparted to this bottom design delivers a perfect running attitude, smooth ride, and increased fuel efficiency while tracking straighter under tow behind a Mothership. For a fully personalized custom boat building experience, Jupiter Marine is staying ahead of the curve both in style and innovation while servicing the demands of a very refined clientele.
