This week's show takes a look at what some of us consider the perfect gamefish--Dolphin. Some people call it mahi-mahi or dorado, but we'll show you why dolphin are some of the prettiest and most-exciting fish in the sea. These fish are readily available, so sit back and let Capt. Rick Ryals show you how to find these high-flying speedsters.

Capt. Rick says not to "get caught only fishing pretty water; you need to look for less-obvious signs of fish." He'll show you what to look for and how to take advantage once you find a school of dolphin. Don't go fishless in "pretty" water. Then we'll show you a few ways to properly clean and cook your day's catch.
