Getting Skinny

SHOW DESCRIPTION

In the world of shallow water angling, nothing gets better than casting to fish that are too big for the water they’re swimming in. And no matter where you live in the state there’s a flat near you with a bruiser fish that just can’t seem to wait to take a crack at an unsuspecting fiddler crab.

Join Blair Wickstrom as he fishes some of the state’s largest shallow water estuaries, central Florida’s Mosquito Lagoon. The trick here is making sure your boat resembles a canoe rather than a flats boat. And then we head down to South Florida in a larger skiff, but in water that’s not much deeper.
