From the Fairgrounds: Exit the Fairgrounds onto Southern Blvd. and turn right/west. Go .7 miles to US Hwy 441, turn left/south. Go 2 miles to Forrest Hills Blvd., turn right/west. Go past the second light and you will see a Bank of America on your left--turn left and you are there.

From I-95: Exit 68, Southern Blvd., go west approx. 7 miles. The Fairgrounds will be on your right--turn onto Fairgrounds Road and follow the Fishing Show signs.

From the Turnpike: Exit 97 onto Southern Blvd., go west 1.5 miles to Fairgrounds Road, turn right and follow the Fishing Show signs.

Move-in and Move-out Instructions

Upon arrival, stop at the registration desk and pick up company name badges.

Because of the unique floor plan which allows for booths mixed with boats, this schedule is critical to an orderly move-in, set-up and break-down. Unscheduled boat move-ins create especially difficult/impossible situations because of the location of the rows of booths. The following guidelines must be adhered to

1. Booths: At 8 a.m Friday all booth exhibitors should begin their move-in. The exhibition hall will remain open until 8 p.m. Friday night.

2. Boats: On Thursday boats should begin move-in at 10 a.m. and continue until 6 p.m. It is critical that all boats be moved in Thursday so that booths can be set up and booth exhibitors can begin their move-in Friday morning.

3. Move-ins are not allowed Saturday morning or during the show. The Fairgrounds will be open to exhibitors at 8 a. m. each morning of the show, but do not attempt to start or complete your move-in Saturday morning--vehicles will not be allowed in the exhibition hall. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP AND READY WHEN THE SHOW OPENS AT 10 a. m.

4. Move-out: Please do not begin tearing down until 5 p. m. on Sunday when the show closes. Move out must be completed by Sunday evening.

The Fairgrounds will be secured Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and the Fairgrounds staff security will be roving the grounds, however; we cannot guarantee the security of your goods and it is advised that extra security considerations be taken by each exhibitor to further safeguard their property--covering your booth with blue tarps work well as most times that’s all it takes to keep a passerby--vendor or Fairgrounds worker--from stealing an item.

Electric/Phone Orders

A 500 watt electrical outlet is available for an advance payment of $45 (include with your final payment) -- payment at the Show will be $65. The Show will be pre-wired on Friday morning, so last minute changes and additions are difficult and expensive. (The electrician needs to get into the ceiling and floor before booths are set.) Do not wait to order electricity at move-in.

Call Bell South and order a phone line into you booth for $130.25. Tell them your booth number and location (Expo Hall, South Florida Fairgrounds, 9067 Southern Blvd, West Palm) to install the jack on Friday morning, Nov. 21, and mention Robin Smillie as the contact person for the lineman.
