Move-in and Move-out Instructions

Upon arrival, stop at the registration desk on the front wall and pick up your company name badges. Always enter from the Orient Road entrance as outlined on the directions page. Free parking passes will be given to you there.

Because of the unique floor plan which allows for booths mixed with boats, this schedule is critical to an orderly move-in, set-up and break-down. Unscheduled boat move-ins create especially difficult/impossible situations because of the location of the rows of booths.

The following guidelines must be adhered to:

1. Booths: At 8 a.m. Friday morning, booth exhibitors may begin their move-in. The exhibition hall will remain open until 8 p.m. Friday night.

2. Boats: On Thursday morning indoor boats should begin move-in at 10 a.m. and continue until 6 p.m. Indoor boats can finish up Friday at 8 a.m. but must be in place by 10 a.m. Friday when the booths get set and booth exhibitors begin their move-in. Boat staging is allowed all day Wednesday.

3. Move-ins are not allowed Saturday morning or during the show. The Expo Hall will be open at 8 a. m. each morning of the show, but do not attempt to start or complete your move-in Saturday morning--vehicles will not be allowed in the exhibition hall. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET UP AND READY WHEN THE SHOW OPENS AT 10 a. m.

4. Move-out: Please do not begin tearing down until 5 p. m. on Sunday when the show closes. Move out must be completed by Sunday evening.

The Expo Hall will be secured Thursday, Friday and Saturday night and there will be a security officer roving the building, however; we cannot guarantee the security of your goods and it is advised that proper security considerations be taken by each exhibitor to further safeguard their property--covering your booth with blue tarps works well as most times that’s all it takes to keep a passerby (vendor or Fairgrounds worker) from stealing an item.
