We have blocked 25 rooms at the Wingate Inn Southpoint. They offered us a generous rate of $65, have a full hot cooked breakfast, free high-speed Internet access, desk, coffeemaker, mini-refrigerator, microwave, WebTV, and lounge chair with ottoman.
They are convenient to the show site (as convenient as you can get in Jacksonville, with constant road construction) and close to restaurants. Be sure to mention you are with the Florida Sportsman Fishing Show. 25 rooms will go quickly so call early to make your reservation--the cutoff date is October 31.

From the Prime Osborn follow the signs to I-95 South, then go south about seven miles to exit 344, turn west (right) onto Butler Road then make your first right onto Bonneval Rd.--the Wingate is on your right.

From the hotel and all points south, take I-95 north to exit 350-A, Riverside Ave. (Sign reads: Riverside Ave./Prudential Drive/Mary St./Main St.)
After exiting, stay in the Broad Street/I-95 lane across the Acosta Bridge.
Continue straight on Broad Street/I-95 exit to the foot of the bridge to West Bay St., turn left on West Bay St. and the Convention Center is on your left.
From I-10 Connect to I-95 north, then take exit 114-A (Forsyth). Go east on Forsyth to Lee St. Turn right (south) on Lee St. one block to Bay St. Turn right (west) on Bay St. and proceed to Convention Center Main Parking Lot.
From the north, on I-95 , take the Myrtle/Forsyth exit onto Forsyth St, proceed to Lee St., turn right on Lee St., proceed to Bay St., turn right on Bay St., proceed to Convention Center.

Move-In, Move-Out Instructions
Upon arrival, stop at the registration desk for your company-name badges, then purchase a two-day parking pass from the Convention Center.
Please read the following guidelines carefully
The entire exhibitor move in is scheduled for Friday. Inside boats should begin their move in at 8 a.m. and be finished by noon.Boat exhibitors at the front of the Hall should be waiting in line at 8 a.m. Booth exhibitors should begin move-in at 1 p.m. Between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. we will work closely with you to allow some vehicles into the building, but some exhibitors will have to wheel their goods to their booth. Move in closes at 8 p.m. The Inshore Stage pond will be up by Friday morning, but the fly and kid’s ponds will not go up until Friday afternoon.
Move-ins are not allowed Saturday morning or during the show .
For exhibitors, the Convention Center will be open at 8 a. m. Sat. and Sun., but do not attempt to start or complete your move-in Saturday morning. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE SET AND READY WHEN THE SHOW OPENS AT 10 a. m.
Move-out can begin no earlier that 5 p. m. on Sunday when the show closes. Move out must be complete by Sun. evening. Show hours are Saturday 10 to 6, Sunday 10 to 5.
The Convention Center will be secured Friday and Saturday night, and we will have a roving security officer in the building during non show hours, however; we cannot guarantee the security of your goods and it is advised that proper security considerations be taken by each exhibitor to further safeguard their property.
