The rooms are $75 per night and are all one bedroom deluxe suites that sleep two people, one on a couch/bed in the main living room and one on a king bed in the bedroom. There are also two bedroom suites for $99 that sleep three, two in twin beds in a bedroom and one in the living room on a comfortable pull-out couch. Cayo Grande is the closest hotel to the Fairgrounds and offer a complimentary cook-to-order breakfast every morning plus 24hr access to their business center & fitness room.
Cayo Grande Suites Hotel DIRECTIONS TO CAYO GRANDE: From the Fairgrounds, turn right onto Lewis Turner Blvd. Get in the left lane and go to Racetrack Rd. (SR188). Corner Markers are the Hardee's and Shell gas station. Turn left onto Racetrack Rd. and drive about 1 1/2 miles. The Cayo Grande will be on your left. DIRECTIONS TO OKALOOSA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS:
Okaloosa County Fairgrounds From I-10: Take exit 56 (old exit 12) onto Hwy. 85, go south 15 miles to Bypass Rt. 123, again south (right) to Hwy 85, again south (right) on 85 to SR 189, right 2 miles to the Fairgrounds. From Panama City and Pensacola: Take SR 98 to Ft. Walton Beach, go north on Beal Pky. (SR 85), becomes Jct. 189, becomes Lewis Turner Blvd. Fairgrounds is 1958 Lewis Turner Blvd. From Cayo Grande: Go right out of the hotel to the light at Lewis Turner Parkway. Then don't turn again until you reach the Fairgrounds--it’s on your left. MOVE-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
Okaloosa County Fairgrounds Upon arrival, stop at the registration desk and pick up your badges Because of the unique floor plan which allows for boats surrounded by booths, this schedule is critical to an orderly move-in, set-up and break-down. Unscheduled boat move-ins create especially difficult/impossible situations. The following guidelines must be adhered to: On Friday, booth exhibitors may begin moving in at 8 a.m. Move-in will close at 8 p.m. Friday. Indoor boats should get there as early as possible to be able to drive a vehicle into the building to drop a boat. (Indoor boats can also move in Thursday). For those exhibitors coming from south Florida, expect a 12 hour drive, so leave early. If you have problems getting there by 8 p.m. Friday night, please call me to make other arrangements; otherwise, the Fairgrounds will close at 8 p.m. Friday night. Move-out can begin no earlier that 5 p. m. on Sunday when the show closes, and must be completed by Sunday evening. We will have security inside and outside overnight Friday and Saturday, however; we cannot guarantee the security of your goods and it is advised that proper security considerations be taken by each exhibitor to further safeguard their property. It’s always a good idea to cover your property with a tarp when you leave the Show on Friday and Saturday. ELECTRIC/PHONE: A 500 watt electrical outlet is available for an advance payment of $35--payment at the Show will be $45. The Show site is pre-wired but do not wait to order electricity at move-in or the late fee will be assessed If the electric charge is not on your invoice, add $35 to you final remittance.
To order a telephone line in your booth: Call Sprint at 1-800-339-1811 and order a jack to be run into your booth. They will ask you for the main number at the Fairgrounds, and that is 850-862-0211. The cost is $120. ($60 labor, $35 access charge, and $25 switchroom charge.
