Show Us Your Dreamboat—Get in the Magazine!
Are you a single-minded angler who's customized a boat to catch your favorite Florida fish? Do people constantly ask how you've rigged your ride?

Florida Sportsman is looking for six lucky private boat-owners to profile in our exclusive Dreamboat series in upcoming issues. E-mail two digital images (no larger than 1 mb) and a brief description of your boat project to: jeff@floridasportsman.com. Submissions will be accepted until November 1. Boats may be brand new or late models. No stringers-up rebuilds or heavy fiberglass work, please. Stick with stuff your buddy might try on his boat. Boat must be a registered, privately owned, non-commercial Florida vessel. Our focus is on customizing a boat for catching a particular species.

Categories for 2008 are Boats Customized for Catching:

1) Sailfish
2) Dolphin
3) Kingfish
4) Snapper
5) Redfish
6) Largemouth Bass

Ted Giesel affixes cedar strips to a wooden hull, making a mold for another lightweight, glass-over-foam project skiff.
