Ever wonder how to cook triggerfish? The same way the popularity of eating monkfish got a boost about 20 years ago, the interest in catching and cooking triggerfish is really picking now. FS Member Go Mongo put it to the Kitchen for some ideas, and there’s a lot of praise for the taste of the triggerfish.
