Orlando Outfitters 2014 Fly Fishing Expo

Head to Orlando Outfitters, July 19 From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for the Orlando Outfitters 2014 Fly Fishing Expo. This event will showcase new Fly Fishing products introduced at 2014 IFTD/ICAST and will be the first time many of these products are shown to the fly fishing public. See the latest fly fishing equipment and meet the people who make the gear you use every time you fly fish. Bring your friends and enjoy a great day immersed in all things fly fishing.

Activities will include:

Products from: Tibor, Sage, Nautilus, Scott, Simms, WAPSI, G.Loomis, Abel, RIO, Renzetti, Montana Fly Company, Echo Rods, Galvan Fly Reels, Costa Sunglasses, Hatch Reels, Clutch Fly Rods, Temple Fork Outfitters, Strip & Feed Research, Solitude Flies, East Cape Skiffs, Hells Bay Boatworks, Maverick Boats

  • Distance Fly Casting Champion; Steve Rajeff of G.Loomis Fly Rods will demonstrate casting techniques
  • Fly casting challenge held by The Backcountry Fly Fishing Association
  • Fly Tying by WAPSI
  • Craft Beer tasting

C&S Brisket Food Truck will be on site, or try one of the Audubon Park Garden District restaurants for lunch.

PLEASE NOTE:
Event parking is limited in the lot in front of Orlando Outfitters. There is plenty of street parking available both along Corrine Drive and down the side streets, including Winter Park Road. The school lot to the south of Orlando Outfitters down Winter Park Rd will be available and a couple of the businesses across Corrine Drive have offered to let us use their parking lots. Please follow the signs to “Event Parking” and be respectful of our neighbors.
