Stamas 308 Predator

The new Stamas 308 Predator looks nothing like the original wooden craft that started the company back in 1952, but that’s what you would expect from a boat company that pioneered the use of fiberglass in boat construction. With an overall length of 30-feet, 8-inches and a 10-foot beam, this boat is set up for the tournament angler. It includes two baitwells 80 and 52 gallons, along with a massive, 600-quart forward fish box and aft fish box of 288 quarts. Behind the helm is a tackle station that has twin, sports car-like, bolster seats in front. Facing the cockpit, it has bait a station with sink and washdown.

Interior space in the center console is accessed through a front opening door. Step down and you’ll find a head and enough storage to support an extended stay in the islands. Plus, with 275 gallons of fuel, you’ll have the range to get there. Freshwater capacity is 20 gallons. Dry weight is 8,250 pounds with standard outboard power. Max horsepower rating is 600 twin or 300 single.
