Florida outdoors photographer Steve Ball took this image on a camping trip in February, 2010. “I crossed paths with this tom turkey late one afternoon. I actually walked along with him for about 10 minutes taking pictures the whole time.”
The picture was taken in Polk County using a Canon 40D and a 100/400 MM lens.
