Pro Angler FL iPhone App

The Pro Angler FL iPhone App has varied resources for Florida saltwater fishermen.

The iPhone was released just in time for the Pro Angler FL App to hit the market. Pro Angler FL wants to be your source of saltwater fishing information in the computer cellphone age. Top features include being able to Identify, Catch & Cook 110 Saltwater Species + Marine Weather, State & Federal Regulations & professional angling techniques from tournament winning Florida captains and published authors.

Plus, this App has GPS fishing spots, many, many fishing spots. All major inshore, nearshore and offshore fishing locations in Florida are marked with GPS locations. For a reference guide, 1,000 bait shops, public boat launches, captains and IGFA weigh stations are all marked. Other guides include easy-to-use regulations with handling tips, recipes, catch logs, knots, rigs glossary, and state records. Marine weather and tides are also easy to access. Go Pro today with Pro Angler FL, it’s available at the iPhone App store.

Requirements: Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. Requires iOS 5.0 or later. This app is optimized for iPhone 5.

Just downloaded and I have to say most complete fishing app i've seen, great images and how to catch features and really cool camera feature to tag your catches. Thanks for this one Pro Angler FL!

Had an opportunity to use the app over the weekend near Marathon. It's pretty cool, the locations were useful for boat launch and bait shops. The weather and tide information was great too.

Looking forward to future versions. Thanks !

Nice app. A lot of time and effort was put into this application. There Isn't another app out there that has all the information that this one does. The camera feature is really fantastic. The site is very easy to navigate.

  • Sarah

This app really has it all. Anyone who fishes Florida should check this out.

  • J Mehoff

    Cool.. will check it out.

  • Lawrence

    very cool app

  • Skipper Johns

Great app, useful information, very informative. packed full of useful tips and hotspots. Most complete fishing app i've seen to date. The best part is… it doubles as a full fledged weather app.

Catch cam feature is cool, A must for any anglers tackle box.

    Good Job.

You can really tell this app was made by pro captains like Ray Rosher. I have been on his charter and seen all his sailfish and swordfish trophies, this app is of his caliber 100%. Thanks Ray!

I'm really impressed with this app! It has everything a fisherman needs when fishing in Florida. I really hope there are more states on the way. GPS coordinates work great, they took me right to the reef! Easy to read regulations for every area and the detailed fish images really helps identification. Thanks Pro Angler!

When will it be out for windows phones ?

  • CatchMore

Sounds neat, but I've been using iFish USA that covers freshwater across the entire country and has many of the features described

  • Rick

iFish has no saltwater at all?!?!

    Finally…
An app that does everything that it says it does! This app is a 'must-have' for Florida anglers. I show it at the bait shops and always find someone new that buys it. Easy to use, outstanding built-in help, and invaluable data for fishermen all add up to a great app. And an added bonus is the GPS navigation to offshore reefs. I use it on my iPad and don't even need my Marine GPS. Two thumbs up for this app!

    Where is the Android version?

  • Jack

Can't download the app on my ipad

  • Samuel

It takes forever to load when you first open it, shouldn’t that data be baked into the app? It also crashed when I was looking for what’s biting in Cedar Key. Then when I was able to access the Cedar Key what’s biting portion it only showed out dated content for Destin and Pensacola… Can I get my $4.99 refunded?

  • Jimmy

Can I open it in my Mac computer

  • Jack

App worked initially, then when update won’t complete loading and locks you out of using app.

If there’s no droid app, they’re missing a lot of fishing info. Most fisherman use droid because they dont have tiny little iphone finger like the gay guys at Starbucks who use their phones thereOn top of everything the app is buggy.

    • Kyle

my gay little fingers work fine. great app. ps- how do you know that its buggy if you dont have an iphone?!
