The video is from ’07, but the St. Lucie reef building program is alive and well today. The county is active in developing and deploying new reefs to build habitat and increase its offshore resources. Divers, and anglers too, can take advantage of the work of the county agency. You can learn a lot about how artificial reefs are planned and deployed from this video, too.
