Hot Sauce

A lot of hot pepper varieties grow like weeds in Florida and produce like crazy in season. You can use them fresh, dry them, freeze them in small quantities, but one of the best ways to get yield from the crop is to make your own sauce with them.

FS member Bluewaterfever grew his own peppers and for the first time made his own hot sauce, and you can, too, following his instructions on this thread.
