SHOW DESCRIPTION
Redfish are quickly becoming “Florida’s” inshore species of choice. It wasn’t too long ago that there wasn’t much recreational or commercial interest in the golden fish of the flats. That’s all changed now. Due to strict laws limited catches the fishery has come back strong, fueling an entire industry. We now have boats, tackle and tournament trails specifically designed for spotted wonder of the flats.
In this weeks show we fish in the shadows of one of Florida’s busiest ports, Tampa Bay, and then we head south to fish in one of the state’s most remote areas, the Everglades. No matter where you live in the state you’re only a short drive to prime redfish country.
Tune in and find out some tips and techniques for catching Florida’s premier flats fish.
